Last night had been glorious, thank you very much. Maybe not the best night ever, but no one had died and there had been no massive property damage, so Medusalith was counting it as a massive win. And now she was lying in bed (thoroughly not dead). Alone, sadly. Blackagar had had to go to the library. His devotion to duty was so touching, and she supposed she would have to get used to it.
